The first one was broken when I got it. Only the hands free speaker worked. The speaker in the earpiece either didn't work or wasn't there.I've had the replacenent three months, and the phone book feature doesn't work some of the time. Last night I was on a call and got a second call which I didn't answer. Now the phone is convinced there's a message for me (in spite of the fact that I've erased all messages several times). The result is that the phone keeps ringing on vibrate mode with flashing lights every 30 seconds. It's running the battery down as fast as I can recharge it, and won't stop ringing long enough to dial a number. When it works, the features are great. The sound is loud and clear. Wearing a hearing aid with it is not good. The aid muffles the sound to the point where I have to remove it to hear, which is a nusince. I think this is a lot of money to pay for so little functionality. |
