The R57-4 comes with a J-Bracket that holds the teleprompter and your video camera. The frame attaches to a standard tripod. Connectors, such as a wing nut and wing screws, allow you to attach the components together without the use of tools. This teleprompter comes with beam splitter glass. This is the same beam splitter glass found in more expensive teleprompters. The glass allows 70% visible light transmission. The glass reflects text from an Android Smartphone, but also allows the video camera to capture the image through the glass. Your camera will NOT photograph the text. A black cloth covers the camera and darkens the area behind the glass. This allows the image from the smartphone to reflect onto the glass and to be more viewable. The teleprompter folds down for easy storage or to take on location. NOTE: Purchase of the teleprompter does not include an Android Smartphone, video camera, tripod, or teleprompter software.
